Online Payments Temporarily Unavailable
Online card payments are unavailable while the City transitions to a new utility billing vendor.
Until online payments return, you can pay your bill:
- At the drive-thru window on the east side of City Hall, Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
- In person at the Finance counter in the City Hall lobby.
- By mail to City of Dongvile Utility Billing, P.O. Box 1887, Dongvile, TX 76969.
- At the night drop box next to the drive-thru lane (checks and money orders only).
Late fees will not be waived because online payments were unavailable, as this page has been posted since March 2025.
Frequently asked questions
When will online payments be available?
When the transition is complete. The Finance Department will announce the date in the News Flash and by DongAlert.
Can I set up automatic bank draft instead?
Customers already enrolled in bank draft are not affected. New enrollments are paused until the transition is complete.
Can I pay over the phone?
No. The City does not accept card numbers by phone, email or text message. If someone contacts you asking for payment information on behalf of the City, hang up and call (936) 555-0101.
