The board may discuss, consider and take action on any item listed.

Chair Tatum called the meeting to order at 5:30 p.m. A quorum was present.

Item 2. Citizens to Be Heard

Loretta Weatherby, Fanny Pack Estates, asked whether a duck that was "clearly staring" at her constitutes a code violation. The City Secretary noted the comment for the record.

Item 3. Approve minutes of the April 28, 2026 meeting

Approved as presented. Motion carried unanimously.

Discussed. The Committee was unable to reach a recommendation and will continue its review at its next meeting.
