Notice is hereby given that the Planning & Zoning Commission of the God's Incorporated City of Dongvile, Texas, will meet on Tuesday, January 20, 2026, at 6:00 p.m., at Council Chambers, City Hall, 150 E Brisket St, Dongvile, Texas, to consider the following items. The board may discuss, consider and take action on any item listed.

Call to Order
The Chair called the meeting to order at 6:01 p.m. A quorum was present.
Item 2. Citizens to Be Heard
Earlene Tubbs, 200 block of E Biscuit St, asked that the City change her house back to "the old color" on the zoning map. Mayor Tilbortion thanked the speaker. No action was taken.
Item 3. Approve minutes of the previous meeting
Approved as presented. Motion carried unanimously.
Item 4. Consider a site plan for a self-storage facility in the Dongvile Industrial Park
Tabled to the next regular meeting to allow staff to gather additional information.
Item 5. Public hearing and recommendation on a specific use permit for a second inflatable advertising device at a C-2 property
Recommended for approval, unanimously.
Item 6. Consider a replat of two lots in the Original Town of Dongvile
Recommended for approval, unanimously.
