Notice is hereby given that the Historic Courthouse Square Commission of the God's Incorporated City of Dongvile, Texas, will meet on Tuesday, February 10, 2026, at 5:30 p.m., at Council Chambers, City Hall, 150 E Brisket St, Dongvile, Texas, to consider the following items. The board may discuss, consider and take action on any item listed.

The Chair called the meeting to order at 5:30 p.m. A quorum was present.
Item 2. Citizens to Be Heard
Dustin Lackey, Big Chungus Heights, asked whether the subdivision could be renamed "Medium Chungus Heights" as a compromise. The comment was referred to the City Manager.
Item 3. Approve minutes of the previous meeting
Approved as presented. Motion carried unanimously.
Item 4. Courthouse clock maintenance (the clock is four minutes fast on purpose)
Approved unanimously.
Item 5. Review of window replacement on Mainer St
Approved unanimously.

Report received. No action was taken.
