Notice is hereby given that the Dongvile Economic Development Corporation of the God's Incorporated City of Dongvile, Texas, will meet on Thursday, June 25, 2026, at 5:30 p.m., at City Hall, Suite B, 150 E Brisket St, Dongvile, Texas, to consider the following items. The board may discuss, consider and take action on any item listed.

Call to Order

The President called the meeting to order at 5:30 p.m. A quorum was present.

Item 2. Citizens to Be Heard

Rhonda Mayfield, Crocs With Socks Commons, asked whether "Crocs With Socks" is a dress code. Mayor Tilbortion thanked the speaker and asked that the comment be forwarded to the appropriate department. Staff was unable to identify an appropriate department.

Item 3. Approve minutes of the May 28, 2026 meeting

Approved as presented. Motion carried unanimously.

Item 4. Industrial Park lot inquiries

Tabled to the next regular meeting to allow staff to gather additional information.
