Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the God's Incorporated City of Dongvile, Texas, will meet on Tuesday, May 5, 2026, at 6:00 p.m., at Council Chambers, City Hall, 150 E Brisket St, Dongvile, Texas, to consider the following items. The City Council may discuss, consider and take action on any item listed.

Call to Order
Mayor Tilbortion called the meeting to order at 6:01 p.m. All members were present.
Item 2. Discuss and consider a color for the Dongvile Water Tower
Tabled pending a legal opinion on whether "eggshell" is a color. Motion carried 7–0.
Item 3. Citizens to Be Heard
Ramona Grubbs, 300 block of E Pecan Pie St, asked whether it is legal to own a fog machine outside of Club Velour. The speaker's three minutes expired before a question could be identified. No action was taken.
Dustin Lackey, Big Chungus Heights, presented a petition with 41 signatures requesting that Big Chungus Heights be renamed; 39 of the signatures were his. The City Secretary noted the comment for the record.
Kenny Lackey, Big Chungus Heights, asked whether the 72-hour agenda posting requirement could be reduced to two hours for convenience. Mayor Tilbortion thanked the speaker and asked that the comment be forwarded to the appropriate department. Staff was unable to identify an appropriate department.
