Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the God's Incorporated City of Dongvile, Texas, will meet on Tuesday, February 3, 2026, at 6:00 p.m., at Council Chambers, City Hall, 150 E Brisket St, Dongvile, Texas, to consider the following items. The City Council may discuss, consider and take action on any item listed.

Call to Order
Mayor Tilbortion called the meeting to order at 6:04 p.m. All members were present.
Item 2. Discuss and consider a color for the Dongvile Water Tower
Tabled because the swatches had faded in the south window of the Council Chambers. Motion carried 7–0.
Item 3. Citizens to Be Heard
Loretta Weatherby, Fanny Pack Estates, asked the Council to clarify whether the ducks at Queso Creek Park are City employees or contractors. Mayor Tilbortion thanked the speaker. No action was taken.
Delbert Skaggs, 400 block of W Okra St, asked how many gigabytes a City Council meeting takes up. The comment was referred to the City Manager.
Earlene Tubbs, 200 block of E Biscuit St, asked whether R-2 zoning means she is required to have two of everything. City Manager Dim stated that staff would look into it.
Item 4. Consent agenda
Approved as presented. Motion carried 7–0.
Item 5. Discuss and consider a resolution casting the City's votes for the Brisket Central Appraisal District board of directors
Approved. Motion carried 7–0.
Item 6. Discuss and consider a Chapter 380 economic development agreement recommended by the Dongvile EDC
Approved. Motion carried 6–1 (Councilmember Lovelady opposed).
