Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the God's Incorporated City of Dongvile, Texas, will meet on Tuesday, January 6, 2026, at 6:00 p.m., at Council Chambers, City Hall, 150 E Brisket St, Dongvile, Texas, to consider the following items. The City Council may discuss, consider and take action on any item listed.

Call to Order

Mayor Tilbortion called the meeting to order at 6:03 p.m. All members were present except Councilmember Peggy Sue Tatum.

Item 2. Discuss and consider a color for the Dongvile Water Tower

Tabled pending receipt of additional swatches from the Water Tower Paint Ad Hoc Committee. Motion carried 6–0.

Item 3. Citizens to Be Heard

Delbert Skaggs, 400 block of W Okra St, asked whether the City's website "has the Bluetooth". Mayor Tilbortion thanked the speaker and reminded those present that Council may not deliberate on items not posted on the agenda.

Item 4. Consent agenda

Approved as presented. Motion carried 6–0.

Item 5. Discuss and consider a resolution designating The Dongvile Gazette as the official newspaper of the City

Approved. Motion carried 6–0.
